I'd love for people to leave my class after 30 minutes transformed into stronger, more confident, and positive person! Change is the only constant in life and nothing worth having comes easy, so if you allow yourself to stop all negative thought and focus on being the best version of yourself in my class, you'll truly reach new heights (pun intended hehe)!

I keep my playlists totally upbeat and high tempo. When working out, music is my main motivation for whether I have an awesome workout or not. So with that being said, I love listening to hip hop and rnb jams with a mix of some old school rap and fun 90s jams.
