We offer classes for every level, and each class size is small so everyone can get the individual attention they need.


Climb I

A power-inducing, 30 minute workout that hits lower muscle groups, torches calories, & transforms your booty. The instructor will lead you through movements choreographed to the music. Expect a challenge. Expect to sweat. Expect to get elevated!

Climb II

Similar to Climb 1, this class consists of a 30-minute workout but with higher intensity & a running playlist with no breaks.

Climb & Burn

A high intensity interval workout that utilizes the versa climber machine and free weight/body weight exercises.

Punch 1

30 Minute high intensity boxing inspired workout.


HIIT Climb

A 30 Minute High Intensity Interval Training done on the Versa Climber. The resistance knob will be heavily used while performing squats, sprints, reaches & many other calorie blasting movements.

TRX Bootcamp

A 30 Minute full body workout designed to help strengthen and tone each muscle group. TRX suspension bands and kettlebells will be utilized & instructed with proper form.

Fight Night

A full body workout that is 45 minutes of punching, sweating and laughing!.

Booty & Bells

This class is designed to strengthen and develop your booty and legs. We will be squatting, lunging, deadlifting and sweating all while smiling through an awesome playlist. Kettlebells & TRX bands are incorporated to best challenge the lower body muscles, abs, & back. Come transform your body and get your “assets feeling great. All levels!
